Our Stables

We offer purpose built brick stables 3.5 x 3.5metres. Well ventilated and fully rubber matted. Paxton automatic drinkers.  Each stable and tack room is individually light. (Two stables share one tack room).  

Easy access to adjoining paddocks & country lanes.

Haylage and Bedding Store

We have home grown haylage, hay facilities at the far end of our stables in the form of full size bails. Hay and straw and dust free shavings available, opened when needed allowing you to use as much as you need for your horses comfort.

Ménage

We have full size ménage 55 x 30m with post and rail fencing. Made from Silica sand and rubber chipping to prevent it freezing and flooding in the winter months.
Fully flood light for the dark nights. 
An array of jumps and fillers are also available.

Shower Room and Clipping Bay

Use the hot water shower with heat lamps for the best show preparation that is possible or after a hard work out wash your horse down in a hot or cold shower or us as clipping bay.

All year grazing (Subject to weather permitting)

We have a number of grazing paddocks surrounding the main stables, post and rail fencing and electric fencing on all perimeters.
We try to offer independent grazing paddocks so you don’t get your horses kicked and no expensive vet bills.

Security

Mosslands Farm is a residential working farm with owner on site or staff to hand 24 hours a day, CCTV security and electric security gates locked by night and fully flood light yard.   

Trailer and Wagon Parking

Our Trailer and Wagon parking is all on hard standing to prevent your Trailer or Wagon rotting. 
We try to offer the highest standard of security with the owner being on site.

Brew Room

On site brew room is available for owners including a self sufficient kitchen with drink & snack making facilities and relaxing area.
Free tea and coffee making facilities.
Toilets on site.

Location

To ensure your horse has a relaxing stay we are surrounded by vast open fields with a handful of residence, mainly farms & quiet country lanes and tracks in every direction.
